1st March 2017
It’s been a while since I’ve updated my website, having been away for a year travelling around Asia, Australia and New Zealand and then studying a course called Charity Apprentice alongside Child.Org as soon as i came home.
I am currently in the middle of updating my website with travel photographs and a project i did with Child.Org just recently in Kenya so keep updated to see what i’ve been up to.
For more information on the work which Child.Org do and the project i undertook, you can have a read here:
On the 20th August, I was privileged to be asked to photoshoot Hannah & Danny with their two children, Lily and Robyn. Some of the photos can now be seen on my website in the commercial section.
Today was Lifestyle Portraits Princess and Superhero Day where children were able to come into the studio to have their photos taken with Anna & Elsa (Frozen), Spiderman, Cinderella, Phil The Minion and Tinkerbell. The photographs have now been uploaded to the website to see.
Every year The Brunel Centre in the Swindon Town Centre holds a Vintage and Retro Festival with stalls, live music, fashion shows and more. I helped Lifestyle Portraits with an exhibition and photoshoot which included children having their photos taken with a Grease car.
Thanks to everyone who took part in our little photo shoot this evening. Enjoy your Elfmas Pictures!
I was privileged to be asked to take some promotional photographs for the kids clothing company ‘Ragamuffins’ today. The photographs will be used within the shop, on leaflets and website design and can be seen in my Commercial Work.
Proud to see my work has been mentioned in the Libra Foundation’s annual ‘Celibration’ magazine.
My latest project and work can now be viewed through The Libra Foundation Website:
My work and experience of university life has been mentioned on the new University Of South Wales website:
I’ve started working for Lifestyle Portraits and cannot wait to get started! Take a look at the website here: http://www.lifestyleportraits.ltd.uk
This trip to Romania has been my third time volunteering and photographing with this charity; however, I have also been given the responsibility to be an activity leader which shall keep me busy! A great way to end my last year at university!
To celebrate the graduation of Documentary Photography students from the University Of South Wales, Newport, my course held our finale exhibition at Jacobs Market, Cardiff on the 13th June 2014. This was to showcase the work of our final projects and to celebrate the three hardworking years together. We also held a Mini Click Talk on the 18th June 2014 in Hackney London where we showcased our ‘We Are This’ graduate publication and website.
Every year Admiral team up with St David’s Hospice to hold a Half Marathon in the city of Newport. Even though i despise running, I thought i would take part to raise funds for The Libra Foundation and St James Hopkins Trust (based in Gloucestershire). I’m happy to say I completed the run!
In July 2010 I was fortunate enough to work, volunteer and photograph with The Libra Foundation for the first time. Every year the charity publishes their annual magazine and my photographs were used in the ‘Comanesti News section’.
